School Backpacks
Years ago, my sister-in-law told me about LL Bean for school backpacks and lunch boxes. If something breaks or wears out, they replace them. I had a diaper bag from them and the zipper pull broke. They didn't have another so they refunded it for the full price! I have bought the junior size for all my kids and no one has worn theirs out. My girls used theirs until they were in third grade, then we bought a bigger size. Check out their clearance backpacks too. Right now they have free shipping with no minimum order.

JanSport does a similar repair or replace for life. We love their bags. I've had one backpack since I was in 8th grade and have sent it in 4 or 5 times for zipper replacements and such but it's still like new. Love it!
